Not every city hotel in Dresden has its own restaurant! We believe that a successful day starts with an extensive breakfast buffet (6.30am – 10am) and ends after dinner with a drink in the hotel bar.
Head chef Frank Rehwald and his team place great emphasis on seasonal cuisine with regional and Mediterranean specialities. As a member of the Ringhotel group, our culinary motto is “Enjoy the true pleasures of home”. We love to treat our guests to a wide variety of typical Saxon cuisine. All of our regional dishes are specially labelled in our menu. The “HeimatGenuss” menu offers a culinary tour through Saxony’s finest specialities.
